Bios:
Travis came to L.A. like many young people with dreams of directing. While managing some of the famous rock and rock motels, like the Tropicana in Hollywood, he turned his eye to writing. Trained at AFI, he started out writing for tabloids during the heyday stories about cannibal clans and bat boys. He sold short stories to mystery magazines and men’s magazines. In the 1990’s he worked as a screenwriter on several B movies for Roger Corman including classics like Caroline At Midnight with Tim Daly, Judd Nelson and Virginia Madsen and In the Heat of Passion IIwith Barry Bostwick, Matt McCoy and one of the first theatrical appearances of Lisa Kudrow. In recent years Travis has worked on a wealth of web content and created the short-lived but much loved Super Scary Horror Theater.
Elaine is a lifelong film and TV buff who has an extensive web background. She has worked as a social media manager for Big Frame/Bammo, Kevin Pollak’s Chat Show and many web series and films. She was an executive producer, writer and show creator for web content pioneer, Streaming Garage where she was nominated for several awards. Oh and she was the co-creator of Super Scary Horror Theater.
Travis and Elaine have been happily unmarried since 2006. They live in Los Angeles with their kittens Norma and Max and the ghost of Alvin J Cat, the greatest cat who ever lived.
